AN&CO is a creative project by Satsuki and Kaori(3AND) both with art and design backgrounds with passion for food and culture.
Based in London, they produce fresh and authentic Japanese sweet azuki paste, known as Anko as an attempt to spread this unique, cultural and delicious world of anko in London.
Anko has been eaten in Japan for centuries, and it’s commonly used as fillings for pastries and many traditional sweets. AN&CO experiments to fuse this traditional paste with London’s rich food culture to create products that are unique and modern.
